The plot is very close to the main Borovets Kostenets road, connected directly by a track which will be asphalted. About 100 m north of the road is the Maritsa River, where grey mullet and barbell can be caught, as well as the ubiquitous trout. An annual fishing licence costs about 45 Euros.
Borovets ski resort is 23 km away and that also has its own investment project- the Super Borovets project. Borovets is already a popular resort but this project will hugely expand the facilities available and will turn it into all year round destination.
